Retrieves a report showing all email campaigns that bounced when sent to the contact specified by the contactId path parameter.

B, D, F, S, V, X, Z

bounce_date

Date the bounce occurred displayed in
ISO 8601 format, YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssTZD

string

bounce_code descriptions:

  • B - Non-existent address; the contact's Internet Service Provider (ISP) says that the email address doesn't exist.
  • D - Undeliverable; no response from the ISP, delivery is attempted for 3 day total.
  • F - Full; recipient's mailbox is full.
  • S - Suspended; recipient address has been reported as non-existent by the ISP, and is suspended from delivery. The user should remove the contact from their account.
  • V - Vacation/autoreply; recipient has set an autoreply, but the message was delivered.
  • X - Other; the contact's ISP has specified another reason the message cannot be delivered.
  • Z - Blocked; the recipient's ISP has decided not to deliver it, likely because it thought the email was spam.
