API: Send Single Email Using Template?

This seems like it would be a pretty common use, but I haven't been able to find anything on it. Is it possible to have created several email templates within CC, then trigger a template of my choice to send to a single email address that I identify?
For example, say I have a form on a site, which when submitted, I process the visitor's information, determine the template to send to them from CC, and trigger that single email to be sent. Is that possible?

Currently there is no API functionality for scheduling or sending email campaigns. We do have a feature request from developers on this and are looking into it. We will update the Feature Request forums if this functionality gets put in.
