How do I use a web page in my email campaign

Hello,
I have create a web pages that I send out on Twitter.  I want to be able to send out the same in a CC Campaign.  How can use the web page including its active links in an email campaign.
Here is one of my pages I want to send ofr example:  http://efales01.zftp.com/Rob%20Caldwell/Follow%20Me.htm

This isn't so much an API question as a standard feature question.  In your Constant Contact account, you can create a "Use my Own Code" template that will let you paste in an HTML document and send it as an email.   Please keep in mind that Email Clients support only a subset of HTML though and will not accept many advanced features such as Scripts, Forms and advanced CSS.
