Thank you - Redirect URL

Hi,
Im using the "Customize my mailing list form" located in CONTACT> "join my mailing list" link. Ive called customer service and they directed me to this forum for assistanace. We would like to redirect a customer after completing the mailing list form once they selected the "SAVE my Profile" or submit button.
Since I have been directed to this site by CS, I suspect we are now required to use a customized API to accomplish a simple redirect on the thank you page, is this correct? If so, is there a location with sample code to follow for redirects, drop downs, selections boxes, etc. which are already mapped to constant contacts API? thank you. frank

If you know a little PHP it should not be a problem otherwise you might want to enlist the help of one of the providers on the "External Resources" page, like myself :)
