Contacts Query return no name

When I query the contacts URI for an email address I get the entry back with a name but its value pair is null. The rest of the values are return in good condition.

Am I doing something wrong?

The least amount of data that should be return is id, name and email, and if the name pair is returned why is it returned with a null value.

Does this happen on every email address?
Can you post the XML that is returned - and email the Account Owner name to webservices at constantcontact.com (so I can look up that contact in your account)?
