Transfer Constant Contact Registration Form into Joomla CMS

We are uploading a new version of our website. Please tell us the steps we have to make, to transfer our existing "sign up" form that is connected with constant contact to the new Joomla server.
I am not familiar with the Joomla CMS myself but I still may be able to provide some guidance. It seems that you are currently doing the form processing submission in a separate page (process_form.php). As long as you are able to keep the same form fields as in the current 'subscribe.php', and host this process_form.php file, you should be able to just point the 'action' of the new sign up form to your process page and it should work.
Again, I am not sure how your new Joomla website is configured but I dont see why you cannot use the same processing script. If you would like to send an email to our webservices support team containing the source of your process_form file, I can see how it functions and I may be able to provide more detailed support.
